The Retro Gaming Exchange, organised by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, gives you the chance to discover and trade classic video games, vintage consoles and memorabilia from yesteryear. Immerse yourself in the nostalgic world of the 80s, 90s and 2000s, meet other enthusiasts and share your love for the video games that made history. Come one, come all to relive the magical moments of your childhood!

The stands : Maximum 4 tables for individuals and maximum 8 tables for professionals. Table size: 1m40 x 80cm.10 euros per table

Where can I buy tickets?

It is not necessary to buy tickets online. You can pay the €3,5 entry fee in cash or by card at the entrance to the event. Children up to the age of 12 enter free of charge.

When, where and at what time does the event take place?

The first edition of “Retro Gaming World” will be held on Sunday 29 September 2024, from 10am to 3pm, at ‘GC Colomba’, Wijngaardstraat 1, 3070 Kortenberg. Exhibitors can arrive as early as 7.00am to set up their tables and do not have to pay an entrance fee.

Will there be food and drink available?

There will be a cosy bar and two food trucks on site. You can pay by cash or debit card.

How do I get to the event?

Entry fees can be paid by debit card or cash. There are no ATMs on site and not all exhibitors accept card payments, so it is advisable to bring sufficient cash.

Where can I find an ATM?
